Refund Policy

No refunds allowed. All sales of Chargeberry are final.

Chargeberry is a digital product: your license key is delivered and works the moment your payment goes through, and it can't be returned. So we don't offer refunds, for any reason, once a purchase is complete.

Before you buy

• Try the demo on our homepage. It runs the same charging rules as the app, so you can see exactly what Chargeberry does.
• Check the requirements: a MacBook with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Intel Macs aren't supported.
• One license works on up to 3 of your Macs, and you can move it to a new Mac at any time from Settings › General › License.

If something isn't working

Email adgan.business@gmail.com and we'll help you get Chargeberry working on your Mac. Lost your license key? Write to the same address and we'll send it again.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
